EasyVeg offers the food of tomorrow (early adopters would say the food of today!), freshly grown and harvested in restaurants or any other suitable urban space close to you. We grow, sell and promote the use of micro-greens. Food that is highly nutritious, tasty and sustainable produced. Our aim is to introduce the use of micro greens at the Scandinavian market as a replacement to the large amount of leafy greens that today are imported to the Scandinavian countries mainly from Spain and Italy. Micro greens are more nutritious, tastier and much more sustainable produced than the varieties of leafy greens that are used today. Our production will be based on hydroponics and aeroponics. Highly productive growing methods that allows us to create vertical indoor farms in urban areas, a basis to produce food all year around regardless of climate zone. In addition to the food production we are working on a prototype for a crowd funding scheme to finance our urban farms and allow for a more rapid growth of the concept. This prototype is still in a very early phase and needs to be tested with potential investors. We have worked on the idea for a few months with some iteration. As of this week we believe we found our way forward with two major steps forward, (i) a first pilot customer with whom we can develop our product, (ii) a production solution that requires very low startup costs and allow us to start without external financing.
Work together with restaurants and foodtrucks to introduce and promote microgreens to chefs as well as the festival audience – Showcase the method of hydroponics to the festival audience and promote how food will be produced in the future – Work on a prototype of our crowdfunding investment scheme.
